Neighborhood Feel

The island offers community events for all ages throughout the year and many social clubs. There are also numerous parks, playgrounds, and outdoor areas built for community living at its finest.
Traffic

Though the island is accessible to Downtown Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and the I-26 suburbs, there is just one way on and off the island which makes the area quite congested during certain times of the day.
