Why?
After 20 years in different facets of real estate: owning a construction company, flipping homes, managing rentals, designing interiors, and selling, Kelly realized there are always too many chefs in the kitchen so to speak, and more often than not the homeowner is left to coordinate it all, while they work, parent, and live in the midst of the chaos. So she launched Cote Luxe on a mission to provide one point of contact and exclusive, custom, and bespoke services.
She understands that not all clients are the same and neither is the scope of their vision, project and dreams. So, from the start, she works with the client to understand not just their needs, but to also anticipate their desires and respond to their unspoken wishes. From there the client is set free to live their life as Cote Luxe takes the reigns on all coordination, scheduling, management, tracking, budgeting, and small details. Her promise is to over deliver on service and ensure the homeowner is kept up-to-date on progress. Investing in a property can be both emotional and rational and she knows when to apply each to achieve their goals.
